AFplanner started from a simple idea: planning a trip takes too much time, juggling dozens of different sites to compare flights, hotels and experiences. Our goal is to save you that time, giving you in a few seconds a dashboard with concrete, relevant suggestions based on your preferences — budget, number of travellers, mode of transport, type of accommodation and interests.

AFplanner is an independent project, run by a single person passionate about travel. It's still early days: we're building the service step by step, starting from simple features and expanding it over time.

How it works

Just two short pages of questions: destination, dates, number of travellers and budget on the first; mode of transport, accommodation type and interests on the second. From there you land straight on your dashboard, with suggestions organised by flights, stays and experiences, and direct links to our booking partners' sites to complete the purchase.

How we make money

Using AFplanner is free. When you book through one of the links on your dashboard, the booking partner (Aviasales, Klook, Tiqets, AutoEurope, Saily and others) pays us a small commission — the price you pay stays the same. That's how the service sustains itself, together with advertising that may appear on the site. We cover this in more detail in our Privacy Policy.

Alongside the planner, we're publishing destination travel guides — when to go, what to see, an indicative budget — useful even just to get a feel for a place before opening the form. You'll find them under Destinations.
